About this recipe
Just free-run chicken fillet, its broth and a little rice. Tender strips of white meat that are easy to mash with a fork, for kittens and older cats alike.
It’s the mildest recipe in the range, which makes it a good start for cautious eaters and for cats who aren’t keen on fish. Serve it on dry food, or a whole tin on its own. At 76% moisture, it also brings a little water into the bowl.
How to serve
Spoon it over your cat’s usual dry food, or serve it on its own as a treat.
Per day, at most
- Cats up to 3 kg 1 tin per day
- Cats over 3 kg 2 tins per day
Fillets aren’t a complete meal on their own: serve them with a complete food, like our kibble, and use a little less of it.
New to fillets?
Start with a spoonful. Cats know very quickly what they like.
Storage
Unopened: somewhere cool and dry. Once opened, cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours, if there's any left.
Is it right for my cat?
- Kittens?
- Yes, all life stages.
- Grain-free?
- Almost. It contains 1% rice.
- Is it only chicken?
- Yes: free-run chicken, its broth and 1% rice. Nothing else is added.
- Can my cat eat only fillets?
- No. Fillets are a complementary food: serve them with a complete food, like our kibble, every day.
- Can I mix recipes?
- Yes. Many cats like a change: switch recipes from day to day, or build a mixed box.
